Knives in XSF work like CS2: one handed, alternating left click slashes, an inspect on I, and 4x damage from behind.
How to add the Bowie knife to your Roblox game
Install XSF first (about three minutes, see how to add guns to Roblox Studio). The Bowie knife is already in the download as ReplicatedStorage.XSF.Weapons.BOWIE. Then pick one of these:
Everyone spawns with it. Put it in Loadout in XSF.GameConfig:

Give it from a script, for a shop, a class picker or a level reward:
